Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a part-time administrative associate to provide office support to the director of advising and Title III.
Duties include scheduling/coordinating events; creating and storing data files; assisting in the development of presentations and program reports; providing customer service; and performing general office duties.
This position is scheduled to work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Requirements include a high school diploma or the equivalent; two years of office experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and strong Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and database skills.
Preference will be given to applicants with an associate degree in office technology or a related field.
The minimum hourly rate for this position is $13.10.
