Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager is a vital position to our team at the onsite office and the corporate office.
Excellent candidates will have (5) five years of experience. The Customer Service Manager will work in a fast pace environment and require a high level or organizational and time management skills. The position will require great interpersonal skills due to the high volume of phone calls and interaction with customers in person, phone and via email.
Responsibilities to include: Working directly with Property Manager and Maintenance Staff managing daily needs. Manage difficult customers and situations in a professional manner. Strong follow up skills. Must be a team player but also work independently. Ability to identify customer’s needs, clarify information and resolve problems as well as document conversation and requests as needed. Computer experience with Word, Excel and Yardi a plus.
