Position Summary: Process claims and credit card payments according to policies and procedures in order to meet department productivity and quality goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with internal and external customers in a professional, courteous and ethical manner.
Process and generate check payments.
Process and complete credit card payments and calls.
Answer incoming calls and queue calls as needed.
Generate and process survey cards for automotive and Harley-Davidson service contracts.
Process and complete stop payments.
Work in a team environment.

Any other duties that can be safely performed as requested by management
Special projects as assigned
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have Customer Service experience preferably on the phones. Dealership experience is preferred. Data entry skills are a plus.
